Photo Guidelines

Photo Guidelines

Great designs start with great photos, but don't worry — professional photography isn't required. Most phone photos work beautifully when taken in good lighting.

  • Use clear, well-lit photos whenever possible. Natural light and outdoor photos often produce the best results.
  • Action shots and posed photos in uniform work especially well for banners, apparel, and prints.
  • Upload original image files in JPG, PNG, or HEIC format for the highest quality results.
  • Feel free to send multiple photos. Legacy Prints typically include 5–12 images to help tell the full story.
  • Not sure which photos to choose? Send your favorites, and we'll help determine what works best for your design.

Turnaround & Rush

Standard turnaround: Turnaround time… Single order 3-5 business days. Orders sent by the schools 10 business days.]

Rush options available for Senior Night and graduation deadlines. Mention your date in the order form and we'll confirm before you pay.

Revisions

Every order includes a design proof and 2 rounds of revisions. We don't print until you love it.
