These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of products and services provided by Sointenseprintz. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Orders & Proof Approval

All products are custom-made to order. Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof for review and approval.

Your approval of the proof serves as authorization to print. Please carefully review all names, numbers, dates, spelling, colors, and design details before approving.

Sointenseprintz is not responsible for errors that were present on an approved proof. Approved errors may be corrected and reprinted at the customer's expense.

Revisions

Each order includes [2] rounds of revisions during the proofing process.

Additional revision requests beyond the included amount may be subject to additional fees.

Customer Content & Permissions

By submitting photos, logos, artwork, text, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use it.

You also confirm that you have the authority to approve the use of any school names, logos, mascots, trademarks, or other protected marks included in your order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sointenseprintz from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from content supplied by you.

Ownership of Designs

All original designs, layouts, artwork, and creative materials created by Sointenseprintz remain the intellectual property of Sointenseprintz.

Your purchase grants ownership of the physical product produced for your order.

Digital design files are not included unless otherwise specified.

Digital file policy: [All digital files provided to customers are for personal use only. Files may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. No refunds are offered on digital products once delivered.]

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is provided at the time of ordering or through a written quote.

Team, school, league, and bulk orders are invoiced according to the approved quote provided for the project.

Production may not begin until required payments have been received.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times provided by Sointenseprintz are estimates and are based on current production schedules.

While every effort will be made to meet requested deadlines, production and shipping timelines cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Rush orders and event deadlines must be approved and confirmed before payment is submitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sointenseprintz's liability for any claim related to an order shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

Sointenseprintz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Ohio].

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the applicable courts within that jurisdiction.
