Every Sointenseprintz product is custom-made for your athlete, team, or event. The information below explains our production timelines, shipping process, and return policy.
Production Time
Production begins after your final design proof has been approved.
Standard production time is [Turnaround time… Single order 3-5 business days. Orders sent by the schools 10 business days.].
Rush production options may be available for Senior Night, graduation events, and other time-sensitive orders.

Shipping Information

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in your approved quote where applicable.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor delivery progress.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is personalized and produced specifically for your order, returns and exchanges are not available on approved custom products.
Please review your design proof carefully before approval, including names, numbers, dates, spelling, colors, and all personalization details.
Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged except as outlined below.
Our Reprint Promise
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your order arrives with a production defect or is damaged during shipping, please email clear photos of the issue within [48 hours of receiving your package].
Once reviewed and approved, we will reprint the affected item at no additional cost.
This policy applies only to verified production defects or shipping damage and does not apply to approved design choices, customer-supplied errors, or normal wear and tear.
Senior Night & Event Deadlines
We understand that Senior Night, graduation celebrations, and special events happen on fixed dates.
Please provide your event date when placing your order so we can review your timeline and determine whether rush production is required.
If a rush deadline is confirmed in writing by Sointenseprintz and we fail to meet that deadline due to our own error, [Rush fee will be refunded].
